APRIL 1, 2009 DEADLINE

There are approximately 13,000 Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDFs) in California that must upgrade their dispensers to the latest Enhanced Vapor Recovery equipment prior to the above deadline. Presently only one EVR Phase II System has been certified. It is the Franklin Fueling/Healy System. Additional systems are being tested and are expected to be certified to meet the pending demand. GDF operators are encouraged to contact their local Air District prior to modifying any equipment to be sure it meets local standards.

A pending issue is the lack of a sufficient number of experienced Contractors certified to perform the modifications prior to the April 1, 2009 deadline. Bagley Enterprises is an experienced GDF installer and is Healy certified to perform the required modifications. GDF Operators in the San Joaquin Valley are encouraged to contact Bagley Enterprises to open a dialogue.
